1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with Opula.
We want every customer to love their experience and feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a flexible refund and return policy designed to make things simple and fair.

This policy applies to all purchases made on https://try-opula.com.


2. Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 9 weeks (63 days) of receiving your order.

We accept returns for any reason — whether the product didn’t meet your expectations, arrived damaged, or you simply changed your mind.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be sent back with its original packaging (where possible).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

We do accept opened or used products, as long as they are returned within the 9-week window.


3. Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are covered by Opula.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions on how to return your item.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied automatically to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs paid on your original order (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, this will remain unaffected — no deduction will be made.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to replace it at no extra cost.
Simply email us at contact@try-opula.com with photos of the issue and your order number.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still qualify for a return once received.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@try-opula.com.
